Hazel and David have been charming audiences since 1999. Slick, dynamic and accessible, our concerts frequently elicit standing ovations. Venues range from the South Bank Centre, London to the Barcelona Early Music Festival.

Our programmes mix great composers such as Bach, Handel and Vivaldi with other rare treats, ranging from the exciting new styles of the early 17th century to high-baroque and pre-classical masterpieces. We always talk to the audience and often introduce the music with readings and anecdotes.

In addition to our high-quality musicianship, varied and colourful sound-textures, and infectious enthusiasm, our performances are visually stunning. Fabulously decorated with eighteenth-century painting and gold leaf, our ‘Rolls-Royce’ of harpsichords forms a musical and visual centrepiece that will take your breath away. A feast for the eyes as well as the ears!

Education:

We have a specially-tailored, entertaining programme for children which ties in with the National Curriculum and has been enthusiastically received in schools across the country. Our other programmes can be adapted to be lecture recitals where appropriate.
