London Pro Arte Baroque is a group of flexible size and appears as both a versatile instrumental ensemble/orchestra, and with solo singers, consorts and choirs. The group has performed all the major choral works of JS Bach and future plans include a Bach Cantata cycle. LPAB has performed regularly at St Martin-in-the-Fields and St James’s, Piccadilly, London, as well the Tudeley, Thaxted and Henley Festivals. It also gave the Spanish premiere of Charpentier’s In honorem sancti Xaverii canticum in concerts in Pamplona and Madrid.
